EliteProNet, Inc primary focus is servicing the marketing needs of all companies within the construction industry. EliteProNet, whose name is derived from Elite Professional Network, is highly regarded as a trusted leader in delivering project information and marketing services throughout the United States. Our customer centric mission revolves around 3 primary objectives; Customer Exposure, Showcasing Talents, and Landing Contracts. Through our various brands we achieve those objectives by utilizing a proprietary medium that exposes our customers to everyone, further displaying their talents through various galleries, profiles and websites, and landing them contracts through residential and commercial lead generation platforms.
EliteProNet was founded by Kevin Priddy along with a couple seed investors in December of 2008. The corporate headquarters is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Since inception, EliteProNet has built an extensive database of over 700,000 construction companies and suppliers, including over 40,000 registered subcontractors and 6,000 general contractors.
EliteProNet Premium is a membership based, full service lead generation platform that facilitates the commercial construction bidding process between general contractors and subcontractors. Each regional market is managed by a Project Coordinator and a Regional Development Manager. The Project Coordinator’s primary objective is to seek out bidding opportunities, develop strong relationships with general contractors and follow up on project bids in order to secure new contracts for EliteProNet members. Regional Development Manager’s primary objective is to develop and grow their respective market’s customer base.
A unique aspect of EliteProNet’s business model is that all Project Coordinators are also Regional Partners. Each invests and owns an equity stake in their respective market. This model results in a superior level of service and customer satisfaction, also minimizing employee turnover.
